General Data Protection Regulations 2018

You may have heard about the new General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), that came into effect May 25, 2018. To help comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need to confirm that you would like to receive content from us. We hope that our content is useful to you. If you'd like to continue hearing from us, please update your subscription settings.

General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and what this means for you?

In short : I respect your privacy and I do not share your name, surname, address, contact number nor email address with anyone else in the whole world. I will not share any of your health screening information with anyone. We keep this form for a period of 5 years for insurance purposes and to ensure all exercises meet your needs. All paper content regarding any health screening is securely locked away. Health screening needs to be updated yearly to support insurance, however if your medical history changes you’ll need to update the health questionnaire as of when.

Your emails may have been added to my mailing list if you emailed me about services in the past. I do not buy marketing lists (never done so), nor ask(ed) third parties to share their data with me. Your details are securely kept in my account with Mailchimp (email marketing software which com- plies with GDPR) and are not disclosed to anyone else.

When inactive, I keep email records for 12 months only. This means that if you do not open my emails for 12 months from 01/01/2019, your details will be deleted from my list (on 01/01/2020). REMINDER : you can withdraw consent to receive emails from me at any time by clicking “unsub- scribe” at the bottom of any emails received or by letting me know via any means available to you (text, social media or in person).

Needless to say, we'd love to stay in touch, but I want to make sure you are happy to keep receiv- ing my emails from time to time, with information about our offerings or online resources.
